Apex Legends just dropped its mid-season update, featuring the brand-new Wild Iron event, now live across all platforms. Get ready to dive into a clash of cybernetic might and untamed nature!
The Wild Iron event, running until October 14th, is heating things up with the arrival of Wildcard. This chaotic force unleashes a new Mythic Flatline from Rampart Care Packages, and trust me, you want this weapon. Not only do knocked enemies become ticking time bombs, but every fifth bullet fired deals double damage with an explosive AOE blast.
On top of that, you’ll find EPG-1 grenade launchers in Mythic bins and increased Bocek spawns, ensuring plenty of carnage. Don’t forget to craft new Wild Cards for an extra edge, offering abilities like marking enemies with explosive damage or instant reloads on a knock.
And that’s not all this mid-season patch also brings explosive Legend updates for Mad Maggie and Seer!
Apex Legends: Showdown is currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (via the EA App, Epic Game Store, and Steam).
