We’re Richmond till we die!
The mega-hit Emmy award winning titan, Ted Lasso, is set to make its return to our screens after supposedly coming to a close with its third season. Season three concluded with Ted securing Richmond a spot in The Champions league, but then passing the reigns to Roy Kent to be Head Coach before moving back home to the United States to be more involved with his kids life.
Well. Fingers crossed we don’t just undo all of that immediately, as not only has season four got the all clear for production and finished writing, it’s already started shooting. That’s right, this morning AppleTV+ gave a sneak peek at the behind the scenes shoot of the newest season of Ted Lasso. You can check it out below:
The small scene appears to show Rebecca, Higgins and Keeley at a diner with Ted. As it has been confirmed that season four will centre around Ted coaching the women’s team in Richmond, this scene likely depicts what will be the opening of the new series in which the Richmond team fly to Kansas in a bid to recruit Coach Lasso back to AFC.
Besides this we have no further details on what the show may hold. We don’t know on whether any of the mens teams players or coaches will reappear in some capacity or even who will be apart of this new women’s team at Richmond.
