A 21‑year‑old Whyalla man has been arrested following reports of multiple alleged burnout incidents across the city.
Police say reports were received of burnouts occurring at various locations between late February and early March, prompting an investigation by Eyre Western Highway Patrol.
The man, from Whyalla Norrie, was arrested and reported for misusing a motor vehicle, with further charges expected as investigations continue.

The vehicle involved was defected due to safety issues and impounded for 28 days.
The man is expected to appear in the Whyalla Magistrates Court at a later date.
