A drink driver has been detected at Whyalla Stuart.
Just before 2am on Wednesday, Police stopped a Mazda sedan on Pine Street.
The driver was submitted to a breath test and allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.163, more than three times the limit for a fully licensed driver.
However, checks on the man’s licence revealed it had been cancelled since 2015.
The 35-year-old man from Whyalla was reported for drink driving and driving with a cancelled licence.
The man will be summonsed to appear in the Whyalla Magistrates Court at a later date.
