Peak, Pedal, & Pints – Gravel Ride

Peak, Pedal, & Pints (PPP) is based in the picturesque town of Darke Peak on the Eyre Peninsula. If you like ticking off quirky, regional locations from your gravel riding bucket list, then this event was made for you and is sure to be one you won’t forget! The event is a mass participation gravel ride, meaning that it’s family friendly and all abilities and ages are welcome to join in!

We wanted to make this event as accessible to everyone as possible, so we’ve made the very first Peak, Pedal, & Pints FREE to register. You’ll still need to head to Peak Pedal & Pints Tickets, Darke Peak, Darke Peak | TryBooking Australia to book your ride and choose your loop – 30km, 60km, or 120km.

Primarily known as an agricultural town, what many people don’t know about Darke Peak are its not-so-hidden gems; The Darke Range and Carappee Hill. This event showcases both of these mega monoliths, and those doing the 127km loop will also get to ride through the spectacular hilly terrain between Darke Peak and Cleve. 

Once the three rides are finished, we’ll put on music and food from 4pm, and of course the pints will be flowing as the name suggests. There will be kid’s entertainment as well as a youth Enduro ride at 6:30pm. We’ll also have a random prize raffle sponsored by our good friends at Cluster Cycles in Port Lincoln and U-Pedal Cycles in Whyalla, so it will be worth your while to stick around!
