About Career Employment Group Inc

Career Employment Group (CEG) is a not-for-profit organisation that has been providing employment and training services in South Australia since 1988.

Our Mission

To provide opportunities and support for a positive impact on lives and communities.
Our footprint extends across most of South Australia, and we provide a wide range of services including Group Training, Labour Hire, and training (RTO 40138). Career Employment Group Inc has three divisions:

Career Employment Group Inc

Focusing on the employment and support of Apprentices and Trainees, which are then hosted to businesses for on-the-job exposure through training and work duties. Services are offered throughout the majority of South Australia.
Our staff can visit your workplace and provide current information on workforce development options, including incentives and training that may be available.

CEG – Training Partnerships

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 40138), we deliver accredited training across a range of nationally recognised qualifications, High Risk Work licences, and industry-required tickets. Our training is conducted in purpose-built facilities located in Whyalla, Roxby Downs, and Port Lincoln.

Adelaide Institute of Hospitality

Our vibrant and innovative hospitality focused training facility. We deliver training to school students and apprentices, along with people seeking to upskill. Training is delivered from modern Adelaide CBD facility, and also on-site.

As an approved Indigenous Skills and Employment (ISEP) provider, CEG delivers employment and training pathway opportunities for First Nations people aged 15–24 through our Employment, Mentoring and Understanding (EMU) program.

CEG is also an approved Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme provider, enabling us to facilitate employment opportunities for people from the Pacific Islands.

We employ a skilled and dedicated workforce who strive to provide excellence in services that supports the employment and training needs of South Australia.
