The Whyalla Recreation Centre is showing off a new look, thanks to a recent upgrade designed to create a more welcoming and vibrant space for the community.
The Centre’s front facade has been revitalised with a fresh coat of paint, bright new signage, and the addition of a grassed area where visitors can relax.
Centre Manager James Adair said the facelift is part of a broader transformation.
“Following the pool renovation, this feels like another key step in transforming the centre into a more vibrant space for the community,” Mr Adair said.
“With more improvements planned for this year, we are committed to make the Whyalla Recreation Centre a place the community can be proud of.”
The project was jointly funded by the YMCA and the Whyalla City Council.
