A house has sustained more than $400,000 in damage in a fire in Balgowan on the Yorke Peninsula overnight.
Emergency crews were called to Old Dump Road just before 5pm yesterday to find the home engulfed in flames.
Four CFS trucks and one bulk water carrier, supported by two MFS trucks worked to extinguish the fire, remaining on scene for several hours.

The occupant of the house was able to safely exit and there are no reported injuries.
Fire investigators are on scene today to determine the cause of the fire.
