The Cranberries Drop First Single From Their Final Album

It's been nearly 30 years from when they first formed, and Irish rock group, The Cranberries, are set to release their eighth and final album - In The End.

The new single, off said album, is called Wake Me When It's Over and comes a year on from the unexpected passing of lead singer Dolores O'Riordan.

Noel Hogan, lead guitarist, said this song was a demo Dolores recorded before her passing.

"This was a song [she] had been working on for a little while."

"It's a fun song to play and it's bright and quite uplifting. It's very much a classic Dolores song with a soft verse and a massive chorus."
