The annual summer lamb ad is no stranger to taking on big social issues and solving them with barbecued meat. And this year's is no different.

In fact, this time around it doesn't even bother to be subtle. Behold a colourful broadway pastiche between the politically left and right, and don't worry, lambassador Sam Kekovich does make an appearance.

 Expect to see people debating this one right up to Australia Day.
