Viking Cruises have set the benchmark for long holidays, and have announced the longest journey in cruise history.
We're talking 245 days straight.
Departing London on August 31, 2019, the continuous journey spans eight months and will visit 59 countries and 113 ports, including Australia.
It's almost twice as long as their 2017 World Cruise which went for four and a half months.
On a beautiful night in Livorno, our fifth ocean ship, Viking Orion, was officially named during an epic celebration. The name was inspired by the well-known constellation and it honors Viking Orion’s godmother, Dr. Anna Lee Fisher’s work on NASA’s Orion exploration vehicle project. We are thrilled to share some stunning highlights from this momentous event!
There's room for 930 passengers, and you will enjoy luxuries like unlimited WiFi, a 7500-litre infinity pool and a Nordic spa.
Better start saving though, prices range from $117,995 to $342,895.
I think I'll stay at home...
