A second passenger has died following a crash in the Far North earlier this month.
Friday 11 July, a vehicle, carrying eight people, crashed on the Stuart Highway near Coober Pedy.
A 45 year-old man died at the scene.
Friday night, a 44 year old woman, who was being treated at the Royal Adelaide hospital, passed away from injuries obtained in the crash.
The woman's death takes the State's road toll to 49, compared to 58 at the same time last year.
