Are You Queensland's Latest Millionaire?

A Sunshine Coast resident or visitor to the region is walking around a millionaire – but they just haven’t realised yet.

The Queensland entry was the only division one winning entry nationally in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 3888, drawn Monday 22 July 2019. The entry scored the guaranteed division one prize of $1,000,000.

As the entry was not registered to a Winners Circle card, Golden Casket officials have no way of contacting the state’s newest millionaire to break the life-changing news.

The million-dollar winning entry was purchased at Mountain Creek TSG, Shop 5A, 158-170 Karawatha Drive, Mountain Creek.

Mountain Creek TSG owners Paul and Carlie Dicello said they were thrilled to know one of their customers has become a millionaire overnight.

“We’re incredibly excited to have sold our very first division one winning entry!” Carlie Dicello said.

“When we discovered the news we screamed and jumped around. We’re really hoping it’s one of our regular, loyal customers.

“We are telling everyone to check their tickets. The excitement in the store is electric! I can barely breathe.

“We hope they check their tickets soon!”

Golden Casket s pokesperson Lauren Cooney said she couldn’t wait to confirm the news with the region’s newest millionaire.

“We’ve seen plenty of huge prizes land on the Sunshine Coast recently, it’s certainly becoming one of the state’s lottery hotspots,” she said.

“Someone in the region is walking around with a million-dollar entry. Maybe they’ve even shown up to work today completely unaware they’ve woken up a millionaire.

“If you had an entry into last night’s draw we promise it could be absolutely worthwhile for you to check your ticket.

“You could be our mystery division one winner! Just imagine how your plans for the rest of the year could change after you discover you’re $1 million richer.

“If you realise you are holding the division one winning ticket, contact Golden Casket on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”
