A woman will appear in court after she was caught drink driving without a licence in Port Augusta.
Earlier this week, police attempted to stop a vehicle on the Eyre Highway for a mobile driver test, however the driver refused to stop.
The car eventually stopped at Caroona Road, Port Augusta West, where the driver, a 28-year-old woman was submitted to a breath test where she recorded a positive reading of 0.220.
Further checks revealed the driver was unlicensed and the vehicle was unregistered.
The driver was reported for failing to stop, drink driving, driving unlicensed and driving an unregistered vehicle.
She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
