A search revealed a quantity of cannabis in his possession and an expandable baton in his car, and he was issued with a cannabis expiation notice.
He was arrested, charged for multiple offences and issued with an instant 12-month loss of licence, while his vehicle was defected and impounded for 28 days.
He was bailed to appear in the Port Pirie Magistrates Court on the 6th of October.
