More Coronavirus testing clinics are set to open in the state’s Mid North. According to Member for Frome Geoff Brock’s office, a drive through clinic will open in Port Pirie in the coming weeks. It has been suggested that the clinic will be located inside the ambulance bay of Port Pirie Hospital.
The announcement comes after Mr Brock called for a clinic to be opened in Port Pirie as a ‘matter of urgency’.
Drive through testing clinics opened last week in Whyalla and Port Augusta.
Non drive-through testing clinics are also available in the Yorke and Mid North regions.
SA Health have advised locals that all Yorke and Northern Local Health Network services are following the COVID 19 Testing Clinic Protocols.
