The Yorke Peninsula’s talented football stars Jaimi Tabb, Chelsea Biddell and Tait Mackrill were selected in the AFL 2020 Women’s League draft that took place last week.
Tabb and Biddell will head to the Adelaide Crows, with Mackrill off to Greater Western Sydney for her third season with the club.
Tabb who hails from Moonta was the recipient of the SANFLW’s Leagues Best and Fairest Award for her Woodville West-Torrens team before becoming drafted.
Biddle from Port Vincent also playing for SANFLW’s League for West Adelaide team last year.
Mackrill debuted with GWS in 2017 and has spent the last two years on the Rookie list, prior to becoming listed as a Senior for the 2020 season.
The first match of the AFLW League will kick off February 7th 2020.
