Tomorrow will kick off the 3rd Kid-Tober in Port Pirie. The month-long event is dedicated to giving children and families the opportunity to learn new things and become involved in the community while having fun.
The month kicks off with a School Holiday swimming program at the Safe Start Swim Academy.
“Last year we had over a thousand people attend and have added extra events due to the success of Kid-Toba.” Catherine Caspers said.
The brand-new event ‘Sci-World’ is set to be a highlight, taking place on Saturday the 12th of October, where children will learn ‘All Things Space and Chemistry’.
Other events such as Cinema viewings of current children’s films, along with music and dance events such as Hip-Hop Bounce & Cheer and Music Madness in the pool!
Kid-Tober has provided a calendar of this year’s events to all schools, kindergartens, child care, special education centres in Crystal Brook, Port Pirie and Koolunga for families to access.
