Property on the Yorke Peninsula is in focus, after one of the towns have landed a 'Top 3' placing for price growth compared to the rest of Australia.
The findings, from Domains June Quarter House Price Report have named Wallaroo as having the 3rd highest rise in property value across the country.
With a median house price of $295,000, this translates to a 25% rise in value.

Whyalla was sited as being the nation’s best, quarter on quarter performer, with property values rising over 13% in just 3 months, while the Clare & Gilbert Valley experienced over 6% growth in the same period.
