Phase one will see two hubs open in the states East and South East, with plans to open another 7 locations.
Phase two will see centres opened in Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Pirie and in the Far North.
The safety hubs are the first government-led hubs in the state and the locations are expected to be opened by 2021.
