A man has been charged with drug trafficking after police stopped his motorbike in Whyalla Norrie.
Just before 10pm on Tuesday patrols stopped a bike travelling Ebert Street.
Police found the 31-year-old Whyalla Stuart man, did not hold a drivers licence and the bike was unregistered and uninsured.
Police had cause to search the rider and allegedly located an amount of amphetamine on his person, along with scales and other drug paraphernalia.
Police searched the man’s house where it will be further alleged cannabis and more methamphetamine, along with several prohibited weapons were located.
The man was charged with drug trafficking and was bailed to appear at the Whyalla Magistrates court at a later date.
