Port Pirie Regional Council will mark Remembrance Day on Sunday, November 11th with a display of white crosses along Main Road.
It will also be the Centenary of Armistice 1914-1918, commemorating 100 years since the end of World War I.
Each white cross will represent a serviceman who paid the supreme sacrifice in World War I or World War II.
The crosses will be on display from Wednesday, November 7, until Wednesday, November 14.
A special leaflet has been produced to depict renowned battle grounds of both wars where Port Pirie servicemen died.
The flyer will be available at Administration Centre, Library, Crystal Brook Office, Tourism & Arts Centre and the RSL in Port Pirie.
