A man was arrested over the weekend after breaking into a church in Solomontown.
A 43-year-old man was arrested just after 4pm on Sunday after he was seen inside the church on Geddes road.
Police were called to the scene where they located the man on the property in possession of a laptop, projector and audio equipment he was allegedly taking from the church.
The Port Pirie man was arrested and charged with sacrilege and going equipped.
He was refused bail and appeared in the Port Pirie Magistrates court.
