Drugs and weapon found in Whyalla home

Police have issued cannabis expiation notices to five teenagers after locating several jars of cannabis and a double edged knife in a Whyalla Norrie house.

Police searched the house with a drug warrant around 12:15 on Tuesday night. In the search they located cannabis, drug paraphernalia and a double-edged knife.
As well as the five notices, one 18-year-old man has been reported for carrying an offensive weapon. He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
