A South Australian motorcyclist has been clocked at nearly 200 kilometres an hour while he was nearly three times the legal limit.
Police say the 53-year-old man was nabbed doing 86km over the speed limit at Dukes Highway near Tailem Bend, and police found him at a nearby service station refuelling.
The Naracoorte man was breath tested and registered a reading of 0.149, nearly three times the limit, police said.
He was charged with riding at speed dangerous to the public and drink-driving, he instantly lost his licence for six months and the Yamaha motorcycle was impounded for 28 days.
