A teenager has been charged with a number of burglary and car theft offences in North Brisbane following a crime spree.
A number of houses were broken into on Friday afternoon in three Brisbane suburbs and property stolen. A car was also taken and it was later involved in a crash at Gympie Road at Strathpine.
Police say a group of juveniles fled the scene of the car crash but were tracked by the dog squad and arrested. As a result, a 15-year-old boy has been charged with six counts of burglary, one count of receiving tainted property and four counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
