A man has been arrested after refusing to stop his electric scooter in Whyalla Stuart last week.
Police observed a man riding an electric scooter without a helmet on Noble Street, after directing the male to stop he refused and attempted to evade police.
Police kept observations on the rider as he rode through the back streets before observing him collide with the front of a parked vehicle on Angas Street and falling off the scooter.

He attempted to ride off but police managed to catch him and the man was placed under arrest.
The man, a 30-year-old Whyalla Stuart man was charged with 11 offences including drive unregistered and uninsured.
