Visitors to Port Pirie will be greeted with a fresh look soon, with works to begin on the Warnertown Road roundabout at the town’s entrance.
The Council will remove vegetation from the middle of the roundabout – excluding the tree – and replace it with sub-irrigation and turf.
This change will give motorists a better view of the road and make future maintenance more efficient.

A new LED welcome sign will also be installed over the next few weeks, displaying messages to promote local events and other key information.
