The State Government is set to Expand Community Passenger Network Services
In a move to enhance regional community transport assistance, the State Government has extended the reach of its Community Passenger Network in SA.
The Australian Red Cross, contracted by the Department of Human Services, is now offering vital transport services to people under 65 (or under 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals) in the Whyalla and Port Augusta council areas, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
Simultaneously, services have expanded into the Port Pirie Regional Council area through the Northern Community Passenger Network.
